The cross-sectional shape of the FRP power cross arm is a rectangular tube cross arm, a square tube cross arm, and an angle STEEL cross arm. It has light weight, good strength, impact resistance, excellent dielectric properties, corrosion resistance, good heat resistance and strong UV resistance. FRP cross-arm effectively solves the shortcomings of poor corrosion resistance of wood cross-arm and iron cross-arm, poor flame retardancy, low strength, poor insulation and short service life. Widely used in overhead poles. Especially suitable for coastal, chemical and other places.
The glass fiber reinforced plastic cross-linking material is a thermosetting resin and glass fiber. It has excellent electrical corrosion resistance and electric leakage resistance. It has anti-aging, high-low temperature resistance and anti-ultraviolet properties. The plastic foam filled in the insulating tube can prevent water from entering the pipe. This leads to a drop in insulation performance. The composite insulated cross arm with the outer surface coated with the fluoroplastic polymer layer has the advantages of good insulation, durability, maintenance-free, safety and reliability. The price is low, it is not easy to water, and theft is reduced.
